Société Lettonie was founded by Roy Santos, an entrepreneur specialised in international tax structuring and already the founder of compte-offshore.fr, a leading platform on international banking and tax solutions.
Spotting Latvia's tax regime, 0% tax on reinvested profits, Roy identified an opportunity too often overlooked by international entrepreneurs held back by language barriers and administrative complexity. He created Société Lettonie, a dedicated service for forming and managing companies in Latvia, with the same commitment to transparency as his other ventures.
Since then, Société Lettonie has supported more than 800 entrepreneurs, freelancers, and e-commerce sellers in forming and managing their Latvian SIA. As a member of the European Union and eurozone, Latvia offers a solid legal framework and one of the most competitive tax regimes in Europe.
